Who we are

NOREAH is a website design and development studio run by [full name or company name], [tax ID], [business address]. Contact: [email] or the WhatsApp number on the website. We reply within 2 business days.

What you buy

Essential and Professional are fixed-scope packages, described in the Pricing section of the website. Essential: a one-page website, delivered in up to 7 days. Professional: up to 6 pages, motion effects and a second language, delivered in up to 15 days. Custom projects are quoted separately and follow their own proposal.

Copywriting help and licensed stock photos are included. The domain, hosting and paid third-party services (such as premium plugins or paid fonts) are not included, unless you add the Care plan.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (US$) on the English website and in Brazilian reais (R$) on the Portuguese website. You pay 50% to start, online through Stripe (we never see or store your card number), and the remaining 50% on delivery, before the website goes live on your domain.

Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or international fees. We do not set or receive those fees.

Launch offer

The launch offer gives 30% off the Essential and Professional packages to the first 3 purchases made on this website. The counter on the website updates automatically, and a spot stays reserved for 35 minutes while you complete payment. The price shown on the Stripe payment page is the one that applies. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to earlier purchases.

Timeline and revisions

Delivery times start on the day we receive your briefing and content (logo, texts, photos, or approval to use stock photos). Please send them within 30 days of payment. After that, we may reschedule the project.

Each package includes two rounds of design adjustments before development. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before we make them.

Cancellation and refunds

Within 7 days of payment, you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this period is 14 days. If you ask us to start working during this period and then cancel, we may keep an amount proportional to the work already done.

After that, you can still cancel at any time. We keep the part of the deposit that matches the work already done, refund the rest, and you do not pay the second installment.

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund.

To cancel, write to [email] or message us on WhatsApp. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few extra days to show them.

Ownership

After full payment, the final website design and the content you provided belong to you, and we hand over everything needed to run the website. Third-party fonts, images and code libraries keep their own licenses. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranty and support

We fix errors in what we delivered free of charge for 90 days after delivery. Content updates and new features after delivery are covered by the Care plan or quoted separately.

Liability

We are not responsible for outages or problems caused by hosting, domain or third-party services you contract directly. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may take legal action where you live. For business clients, the courts of [city], Brazil, have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
